1. Agreement of Terms

By enrolling in any course or using the services provided by Sabita Art Academy, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the student (or guardian) and the Academy.

2. Enrollment & Fees

Admission to our programs is subject to availability and the completion of the registration process.

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan prior to the start date.
• Sabita Art Academy reserves the right to modify course structures, schedules, or fees with prior notice to students.

3. Intellectual Property

Academy Content: All teaching materials, videos, curriculum designs, and digital resources provided are the exclusive property of Sabita Art Academy and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

Student Work: Students retain ownership of the artwork they create. However, by enrolling, you grant the Academy permission to use photographs of your work for promotional and educational purposes.

4. Student Conduct

To maintain a creative and respectful environment, all students are expected to:

• Respect instructors and fellow students at all times.
• Refrain from using inappropriate language or behavior in physical or digital classrooms.
• The Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for students who violate these standards without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sabita Art Academy is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage to artwork during the course of study. While we strive for technical excellence, the Academy does not guarantee specific artistic outcomes or employment results.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Academy's services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
