Cancellation and Refund Policy Explained

At Sabita Art Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and plans can change. That’s why we have a clear cancellation and refund policy in place to make things as easy as possible for our students.

Our policy outlines everything you need to know about cancelling a course and requesting a refund. As a student of Sabita Art Academy, you have the right to cancel a course at any time. However, there are certain terms and conditions that apply, depending on the type of course and the duration of the program.

If you wish to cancel a course, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible. We do offer refunds at Sabita Art Academy, as long as you meet the refund eligibility criteria outlined in our policy.

In most cases, refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request being made. At Sabita Art Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience possible, and our cancellation and refund policy is just one way we do it.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start of the course.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the course has started.

Refund Policy:
- If Sabita Art Academy cancels a course, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made in the original payment method.

Exceptions:
- No refunds will be given for missed classes or workshops.
- No refunds will be given for courses or workshops that have already started.
