Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Sabita Art Academy, we strive to provide a world-class learning environment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our students.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Please notify us at least 7 days prior to the course start date to cancel your enrollment.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Finality: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the course has officially started.
2. Refund Policy
- Academy Guarantee: If Sabita Art Academy cancels a course for any reason, you will receive a full 100% refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
- Refund Method: All reimbursements will be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Important Exceptions
Please be aware that refunds are not provided for the following:
- Absences or missed sessions during a workshop or course.
- Courses that are already in progress.
