Sabita Art Academy – Payment Rules and Policies

1. Registration and Fee Structure

All students must complete registration before attending any classes.

A non-refundable registration fee of Admission fees required at the time of enrollment.

Course fees vary depending on the program and duration. Detailed fee information is available on the official website or at the academy office.

2. Payment Schedule

Full payment must be made before the commencement of classes.

For long-term courses, installment options are available. The first installment is due at registration, and subsequent payments must be made by the due dates specified in the payment plan.

3. Late Payment Policy

A grace period of 10 days is provided for payments. After this period, a late fee of 20 percentage will be charged.

Failure to pay the installment after 10 days may result in suspension from classes until dues are cleared.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

Cash (at the academy office)

Bank transfer (account details available upon request)

Online payment via the official website

UPI or mobile payment options (if applicable)

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds for course fees will only be considered if a written cancellation request is received before the start of the course.

No refunds will be granted once the course has commenced.

6. Missed or Incomplete Payments

Students with incomplete payments will not be permitted to attend classes or participate in academy events.

Certificates or completion documents will not be issued until all dues are cleared.

7. Discounts and Scholarships

Discounts may be available for early registration or group enrollments.

Scholarships or financial aid may be offered to deserving candidates upon review.

8. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for special workshops, materials, or extra sessions.

9. Communication of Payment Updates

All payment reminders and updates will be communicated through email or SMS.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to the academy administration for resolution.
